2. We shall answer any questions you may have and arrange your pick-up point, pick-up time and seating requirements.

3. Full payment is required by debit card, cash at our office or send a cheque made payable to Highcliffe Coach Holidays.

Entrance tickets not included unless stated.

All seats are sold on a first come, first served basis.

We allocate seats on our excursions which will be honoured wherever possible.

However, we reserve the right to change your seat should circumstances deem necessary.

We will make every effort to carry out the programme and itineraries as advertised, but must reserve the right to cancel any excursion or alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

cancellations & refunds

If we are forced to cancel any excursion, a full refund will be made.

In the event of a customer cancelling we shall apply charges in line with the scale below.

Tickets cannot be transferred to future trips.

More than 28 days notice - Full refund, 14 to 28 days notice - Less 25%, 7 to 13 days notice - Less 50%, Less than 7 days notice - No refund.
