We have a lovely villa for rent in the pretty coastal town of Moraira on Spain’s sunny Costa Blanca with prices from only £200 per week (not per person!).

This lovely villa is on Florida Park, an established small estate of residential and holiday homes in a quiet area of Moraira.
The beaches and town are about a 15 minute walk away.
Our villa is located on the end of a terrace with garden and overlooks the large communal pool.

The Costa Blanca region of Spain has one of the best climates in the world, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine in an average year.
One of the most beautiful towns in the Costa Blanca is Moraira.
Nestling between the mountains and the sea, there is a wonderful climate all year round. Moraira is a former fishing village and is located in a small bay between Valencia (75 miles) and Alicante (55 miles).
This family resort has a wealth of good restaurants, bars, a variety of shops, an impressive marina and two excellent sandy beaches with lifeguards, beach cafes and shallow safe swimming . Each Friday there is an excellent street Market. There are many other towns to visit in the locality and there are golfing facilities within 5 kms.
Moraira Town
Flights to Alicante or Valencia are available from Southampton, Bournemouth and other Airports.
The villa is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
If you wish to arrive or depart on a different day we will try our best to accommodate you. Just ask!

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Cleaning on departure/Laundry Charge - £40 one week booking (Compulsory).
Further costs for additional cleaning/laundry on application.
Hand & Bath towels provided. You will need beach towels.
RETURNABLE VILLA DEPOSIT PAYABLE 1 WEEK BEFORE DEPARTURE - £100.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To secure your booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance for the villa rental is due 2 months prior to departure. From this date there is a 100% cancellation charge. We do advise you to have comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation cover. Please make cheques payable to S & J Blackmore.
